Bodie State Historic ParkBodie State Historic Park is one of the best preserved ghost towns in the west. Many of the buildings are being maintained in a state of arrested decay. The town quickly developed after the discover of gold in 1859. By the 1870s it had three breweries and many saloons and dance halls. |
